One of my photos featuring Army football head coach Jeff Monken celebrating with his players was published as the lead image in John Feinstein’s Dec. 21 Washington Post column examining the college football bowl system and how it led to Army being briefly left without a date to the dance this past season (Army eventually replaced Tennessee in the Liberty Bowl and fell to West Virginia).
